The experience of scaling a company from 100 to nearly 1000 employees has been an exhilarating adventure filled with successes, failures, and invaluable learnings.
My approach is anchored in authenticity and empathy. By creating in safe spaces for conversation, where we can look into your personal and professional self and the intersects of those, I seek to empower you in setting your goals and invite your authentic self on the forefront.
